Why would you need to use AcuFeed on a zipper? Well with many layers of fabric making up those seams, sometimes just pinning in place will cause the zipper and fabric to shift while sewing. Especially when using more difficult fabrics like velvet or satin. By using the AcuFeed Flex Zipper Foot, you’ll be able to glide easily over the seam without distorting your zipper.
